Wilderplaces Nepal Treks is an authorized company under the laws of Nepal Government and accepts your reservations under the following terms and conditions.

1. We accept your booking only for the trip you have selected as a package tour cost in Nepal/Himalayas. Excluded all the expenses of beverages, personal nature of expenditures and food while you are staying in the hotel of Kathmandu/Pokhara.
2. Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of your deposit of Minimum 50% of the price of the Programs.
3. Your 50% advance payment is appreciated at least 5 weeks before departure; the rest of 50% payment in convertible cash currency at your arrival or before commencing the trip is acceptable.

4. In an extreme circumstance, while you have already done your advance payment, you can postpone your trip up to 6 months or negotiable as the situation or the deposition can be transferred to another person on your request.
5. Payments made by you, will be refunded in full; If the trip is cancelled due to major (natural or war, civil & political unrest) circumstances. But the bank transforming commission change will be drawn from your deposition amount.
6. You are responsible yourself for ensuring all necessary travel documents.
