Trekking may include staying at selected lodges or camping with all equipment and facilities carried and provided by our staff. Meals are prepared to a high standard of hygiene with varied and delicious menus from the lodges or trekking kitchen crew. After an early start, the trekking day may vary from 6-8 hours walking with frequent breaks for refreshment and a time to relax while enjoying a cooked lunch. On arrival at the campsite or lodge; there will be adequate time to write up journals, attend to laundry, take a shower or just relax, before dinner.
